Center for Disease Analysis

The Center for Disease Analysis (CDA), a division of Kromite, is dedicated to the study of complex and poorly understood diseases around the world using a multidisciplinary approach.  We combine epidemiology research, forecasting, advanced modeling techniques, and decision science to develop a comprehensive understanding of disease burden, size and flow of populations, treatment options, and cost of therapy. 
CDA develops models to support decision-making.  They are designed to examine the impact of different future scenarios including:

• Changes in treatment algorithm
• Impact of investments in prevention/vaccination, diagnosis, or treatment
• Launch of new treatments and combinations on treated patients and sales
• Introduction of generic drugs
• Use of new add-on or replacement therapies
