| At Kromite, we define strategy as a theme that links future decisions. Thus, the first step in our process is defining future decisions that a strategy can impact. For example, the strategy “become the leader in target market” can be considerably more effective if the decisions that are under the client’s control have been outlined upfront (e.g., level of R&D spending, license new products, hire additional sales people…..). We use a systematic process to identify future decisions and key opportunities in order to develop a strategy that is actionable and has a high likelihood of success.

Kromite has worked on a wide range of strategic initiatives. Examples include:
· Therapeutic area strategy
· R&D portfolio strategy
· Indication sequencing
· Order of launch strategy
· Back-up and second generation product strategy
· Product label and launch strategy
